At PROmax3D, we take immense pride in the clean topology, rigging, and overall usability of our 3D models. We want you to buy with absolute confidence. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and focused on making sure you get exactly what you paid for.

Better Than The Industry Standard

Major marketplaces like TurboSquid and CGTrader limit your buyer protection to just 7 days. At PROmax3D, because you are buying direct from the artist, we give you a full 14-day protection window to ensure your files work perfectly in your pipeline.

Our Guarantee to You (When we issue refunds):

We will happily grant a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your purchase if your order meets these criteria:

  • The PROmax Quality Promise: If the 3D model contains technical errors, corrupted files, or does not match the high-quality preview renders shown on our site. If it's broken, we will fix it, or we will refund you. Period.
  • Accidental Purchases (Un-downloaded): We can verify through our secure delivery partner (Gumroad) if a file has been downloaded. If you made a purchase by mistake and never initiated the download, you are eligible for an immediate full refund.

When Refunds Are Not Issued:

To protect our digital intellectual property, we cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios once the file has been downloaded:

  • Software Incompatibility: We clearly list the supported software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender) and file formats (e.g., .FBX, .OBJ) on every single product page. We cannot refund purchases made for software that is not listed as supported. Please double-check your pipeline before buying!
  • Skill Level: We do not offer refunds if you lack the 3D software knowledge required to utilize, rig, or render the files.
  • Change of Mind: If the model works perfectly but you simply change your mind or your project's artistic direction changes, the sale is final.

Purchases Made via TurboSquid:

If you purchase a model by clicking the "Buy on TurboSquid" button, your transaction and file delivery are handled entirely by TurboSquid. In these cases, your purchase is governed strictly by TurboSquid's official Return Policy, and any refund requests must be submitted directly through their customer support.

How to Request a Refund (Gumroad Purchases):

If you experience a technical issue with a direct purchase, please contact us with your Gumroad receipt/Order Number and a description (with screenshots) of the issue. Upon receiving a refund, your license to use the 3D model is immediately revoked, and you must delete all downloaded files associated with the purchase.
