Description
Realistic rigged black Dachshund dog 3D model highly optimized for game engines, real-time applications, and AR/VR environments. Modeled to an accurate real-world scale (metric, centimeters) with logically organized object hierarchies (separate body, teeth, eyes, and paw pads), ensuring a seamless, conflict-free drop-in experience for your production or game animation pipelines.
100% Handcrafted & Animation-Ready Topology
Zero AI generation was used in the creation of this asset. Every polygon was meticulously placed by hand to ensure strict, quad-only geometry (9,527 quads) with accurate, animation-ready edge loops tailored for exceptionally clean deformation. While highly optimized for fast real-time playback, the mesh is also subdivision-ready, allowing for increased geometry resolution during close-up offline rendering.
Rigging Details (CAT)
This model is equipped with a robust, production-friendly rig designed for flexibility and ease of use:
- Rigged with the 3ds Max CAT system, fully supporting both IK and FK workflows.
- Included Pose Layers: Default neutral (CATMotion-based), sitting, eyes closed, mouth open, look right, and tail down.
- Advanced Controls: Features dedicated pose fixes and adjustment layers for fine-tuning complex animations.
Coat & Simplified Fur
To ensure maximum real-time performance in games, AR, and VR, accent hairs are modeled using simplified fur geometry. These hair growth objects are placed on dedicated separate layers, allowing you to instantly enable or disable them based on your project's performance budget without losing the unmistakable sausage dog silhouette.
Texture Suite
The model is fully textured with all materials applied, utilizing clean, logical naming and grouping for fast scene integration. All colors and materials have been engineered to be easily modifiable, allowing you to quickly adapt the asset to your specific art direction without requiring additional plug-ins.
Important Notes for Buyers
- Render & Engine Setup: Native, ready-to-render scenes are provided. Preview lighting environments and HDRIs used in the renders are included within the native scenes.
- Exchange Formats: Exported formats retain clean hierarchies for immediate deployment in real-time engines and offline renderers alike.
- Model Variations: This is the game-ready, rigged black Dachshund with simplified fur. Static variations and alternative coat colors are available separately in our store.
