PROmax3D Terms of Service and 3D Model License

When you purchase and download a 3D model from PROmax3D, you are purchasing a Royalty-Free License to use the digital asset, not the ownership of the asset itself. PROmax3D retains all original copyrights to the 3D models.

1. Allowed Uses (What you CAN do):

Upon purchase, PROmax3D grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the 3D model in the following ways:

  • Media and Entertainment: You may use the rendered, 2D imagery of the models in films, television shows, commercials, and video projects.
  • Real-Time Engines & Games: You may use the models in video games, VR/AR applications, and interactive media, provided the 3D files are compiled and secured within the game engine (such as Unreal Engine or Unity) so that the raw files cannot be extracted by the end-user.
  • Commercial Work: You may use the models for your clients, architectural visualizations, and marketing materials.

2. Prohibited Uses (What you CANNOT do):

To protect our digital assets, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Redistribution or Resale: You may NOT sell, give away, share, or redistribute the raw 3D model files, textures, or rigs in any format. You cannot upload them to other 3D marketplaces (e.g., TurboSquid, CGTrader, Sketchfab).
  • AI Training: You may NOT use PROmax3D models, topologies, textures, or rendered images to train, develop, or feed machine learning or Artificial Intelligence (AI) image/3D generation models.
  • Logos and Trademarks: You may NOT use our 3D models as the primary component of a registered corporate logo, trademark, or service mark.
  • Mass 3D Printing: You may not use the raw model to mass-produce identical physical 3D-printed objects for commercial sale. (You may print up to 5 copies for personal, non-commercial use).

3. Intellectual Property and Editorial Use

Some models may depict real-world brands, vehicles, or properties. PROmax3D provides the 3D mesh, but we do not grant the rights to use real-world trademarked logos. It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain legal clearance if using branded models in commercial advertising.

4. Account Termination

Any payment reversal (chargeback) or violation of this license agreement will result in the immediate termination of your license. You will be legally required to cease use of the 3D models and destroy all downloaded copies.
